  Each candle offers 20+ hours of total burn time when cared for properly. For the best and safest experience, we recommend burning the candle for no more than 3 hours at a time.

• What is the candle made of?

  Our candles are crafted with carefully selected wax blends, primarily natural soy wax, paired with a 100% cotton wick. Depending on the candle design and weather conditions, different waxes or blends may be used for the best finish and performance. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care.

• How strong is the fragrance?

  Our candles feature a carefully balanced fragrance load designed to create a noticeable yet inviting presence. The scent is best experienced in small to medium-sized spaces, where it gradually fills the room with a warm and comforting fragrance.

• What creates the iced effect?

  The signature iced effect is created using delicately cut gel-wax cubes, carefully placed by hand to recreate the appearance of melting ice.

• Can I reuse the glass?

  Yes. Once the candle has completely finished, the glass can be gently cleaned and reused or repurposed, giving it a life beyond the flame.

• Can I gift this candle?

  Absolutely. Designed to be as beautiful to give as it is to receive, our candles make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, celebrations, special occasions, or simply as a quiet gesture of care.

• When will my order be dispatched?

  Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We offer delivery across India.

• What if my candle arrives damaged or broken?

  If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please share clear photos and a short video within 72 hours of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement.

• How should I care for my candle?

  For the best burn, trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to help prevent tunnelling. Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.

• How long should I burn the candle at a time?

  For safety, we recommend burning the candle for no more than 3 hours at a time. Prolonged burning can cause the glass to become excessively hot and may increase the risk of cracking.
